Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Blox, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

  • You may use Blox for personal, lawful purposes.
  • You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation.
  • You are responsible for how you use the app and any content you create or upload (if applicable).

Purchases

Blox may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. If purchases are available, they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their terms and policies. If Blox does not currently offer purchases, this section does not apply.

Disclaimer

Blox is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Blox.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless your local law requires otherwise.
