1. Introduction
NurseSync (“App”, “Service”) is operated by Zamrudila Apps (Ali Durmaz).
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is processed, and your rights.
By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

3. Data We Collect
3.1 Account & Identity Data
- Firebase-generated User ID (UID)
- Google or Apple Sign-In information (e.g. email, display name)
- Subscription status (via RevenueCat)
3.2 Uploaded Files & User Content
When you upload a schedule file (PDF or image), we process:
- The uploaded file itself
- Extracted schedule data (dates, shifts, names if present)
- Processing metadata (job ID, timestamps)
⚠️ Uploaded files may contain personal data of third parties (e.g. colleague names).
3.3 Usage, Device & Integrity Data
- App usage events
- Device type, OS version, app version
- Crash and performance diagnostics
- App integrity signals via Firebase App Check (Play Integrity / App Attest)
4. How We Use Data
We process data to:
- Provide core functionality
- Process uploaded schedules
- Maintain security and prevent abuse
- Analyze aggregated usage trends
- Diagnose crashes and technical issues
5. Third-Party Processors
We use the following service providers:

OCR & AI Providers
- Mistral OCR
- Google Gemini
Infrastructure & Automation
- n8n (workflow automation)
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and contractual safeguards.
6. Data Retention
- Uploaded files: Automatically deleted after processing or within a short retention window.
- Extracted schedule data: Stored while the account remains active.
- Logs & analytics: Retained for up to 14 months.
- Subscription records: Retained as required for legal and financial compliance.
7. Data Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and restricted service accounts.
No system is 100% secure; users upload content at their own discretion.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request:
- Access to your data
- Correction or deletion
- Account deletion
- Withdrawal of consent

9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for users under 18.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
