Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the NurseSync mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NurseSync (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
2. Service Overview
NurseSync is a mobile application designed to help nurses and shift-based workers digitize and manage work schedules.
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Developer & Service Provider: Zamrudila Apps (operated by Ali Durmaz)
3. Account, Access & Authentication
Use of NurseSync requires authentication.
Users sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, handled securely via Firebase Authentication.
An internal unique user identifier (UID) is created for service operation.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account access.
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed exclusively through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
4.1 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Charges are applied to your store account upon confirmation of purchase.
4.2 Refunds
Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective policies. The Developer cannot issue refunds directly.
5. User Content & Responsibilities
The App allows you to upload files (such as PDFs or images of work schedules) for processing.
By using this feature, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right and permission to upload the content.
- Uploaded documents may contain names or work information of third parties, and you have obtained any required consent.
- You will not upload sensitive data, including patient data, medical records, or legally protected information.
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
The Developer may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
6. AI & Automated Processing
Uploaded files may be processed using automated OCR and AI technologies to extract schedule information.
These processes are used solely to deliver core App functionality and are not used for advertising or profiling.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in NurseSync, including code, design, logos, and content, belong to Zamrudila Apps.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms,
- The Service is misused,
- Required by law or technical necessity.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted operation,
- Error-free results,
- Specific outcomes from AI or OCR processing.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zamrudila Apps shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data or profits,
- Indirect or consequential damages,
- Errors arising from third-party services or infrastructure.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available:
- Within the App
- At: zamrudila.app/apps/nursesync/terms
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.
